pn16 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document outlines the rules and conditions governing use of the pn16 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.
Effective: 1 January 2026 — These Terms apply to all registered pn16 users in Malaysia.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account or accessing any part of the pn16 platform, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you are not permitted to use this platform.
Continued use of the pn16 platform after any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. pn16 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, with notice provided via the platform or your registered email.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between the user and pn16. Any disputes arising from the use of this platform shall be resolved in accordance with applicable Malaysian law.
2. Account Creation & Security
Registration Eligibility
To register a pn16 account, you must be at least 18 years of age and a valid Malaysian resident or citizen. Registration by individuals under 18 is strictly prohibited, and any such account will be closed without further notice upon detection.
Account Security Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold one account only. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed. Users are fully responsible for keeping their password confidential and for all activity that occurs under their account.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and throughout the identity verification process. pn16 reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time to meet compliance requirements.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Users agree to use the pn16 platform solely for lawful personal entertainment and will not engage in any illegal activities, fraud, money laundering, or system manipulation.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pn16 platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform
- Attempting to hack, modify, or disrupt pn16's systems or technical infrastructure
- Sharing, selling, or transferring ownership of an account to another party
- Spreading false or misleading information about pn16 to others
- Exploiting any bugs or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage
- Using the platform for commercial purposes without prior written consent from pn16
Violating any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of account balances associated with the breach, and legal action where necessary.
4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
Currency & Payment Methods
All transactions on the pn16 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted deposit methods include FPX (online banking), DuitNow, TNG eWallet, and local bank transfers. pn16 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies directly.
Deposit Terms
Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary depending on the selected payment method and account verification level. Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the user's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted and will be returned.
Withdrawal Terms
Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account or payment method verified in the name of the registered user. pn16 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before approving any withdrawal. Processing times range from one to three business days depending on the chosen method. Any taxes or fees charged by the receiving bank are solely the user's responsibility.
5. Limitation of Liability, Account Policy & Intellectual Property
Limitation of Liability
Pn16 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses incurred by users arising from use of the platform, including loss of profits or data. The platform is provided "as is" and pn16 makes no warranties regarding its continuous availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.
Account Suspension & Closure
Pn16 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, a breach of terms, or illegal activity. Any legitimate account balance will be returned upon completion of the investigation, unless it is directly linked to the activity in breach.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, brand names, and software on the pn16 platform are the exclusive intellectual property of pn16 and are protected under Malaysian copyright law. Users are not permitted to copy, modify, distribute, or use any element of the platform without prior written consent from pn16.
Third-Party Links
The pn16 platform may contain references or links to third-party services for informational purposes. pn16 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Pn16 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version of these Terms will always be available on this page with an updated effective date. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.
Should any provision of these Terms be found invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia.
